Tristan Kisilowsky CRST, GSC, NCSO
Owner / Health and Safety Consultant
Tristan Kisilowsky is the Owner and Health and Safety Consultant of 1st Priority Safety, providing health and safety consulting services across Manitoba. Tristan is a highly experienced health and safety professional with 10 years in the construction industry. His career began with hands-on work as an apprentice in commercial concrete and framing, as well as a heavy equipment operator, giving him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those working on the front lines.​
Tristan has a proven track record of success helping small to mid-sized construction companies develop and implement effective safety programs. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, civil, hydro, mining, and forestry, with experience across Manitoba, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories. A graduate of Red River College Polytechnic's Occupational Health and Safety Program (with honors), Tristan holds CRST, GSC, and NCSO designations.

His approach is rooted in leadership by example, coaching others, and driving continuous improvement. He emphasizes clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and practical, efficient solutions.
